Checklist for making purchasing key to business operations in your organisation
Purchasing and supply management should not be seen as a back office, peripheral function but as critical to business success.
Without effective strategies to co-ordinate purchasing and to manage supply lines, costs can spiral out of control, customers and members of the public are disappointed and the reputation of the organisation is damaged.
We have produced a checklist which helps chief executives to appraise their current purchasing and supply management practices.
Click here to download the checklist and ensure your senior directors are considering the issues pertinent to moving purchasing and supply management to the very core of your organisation.
